Grand but welcoming, our Ballroom makes an idea space for exhibitions and large corporate events. Many of its original Victorian features are still in place, but with its natural light, chandeliers and wooden flooring, it's a traditional space with modern appeal.

This room is ideal for corporate dinners and presentations.

Its chandeliers, open fires and air-conditioning mean a fresh, inviting atmosphere day or night. There's an in-built PA system for speeches and music, and the interlinking Loggia Room can be hired as a separate buffet/bar area.

Hired alone or with its adjoining Highlandman Room, this contemporary room is great for meetings, smaller presentations and private dining events. Day or night, with its tall windows, polished floor and in-built bar, The Drummond is always a popular choice.

One of our most contemporary spaces, the Ferntower Suite is ideal for conferences and corporate events of up to 200 people. With its built-in stage, private bar and cloakrooms, it's perfect for taking a daytime event into the evening. The conservatory and patio area give guests direct access to views and outdoor space.

The Ferntower Upper Room has a fresh yet traditional feel, and enjoys lots of natural light. It's ideal for meetings of up to 50 people and lunches for around 30.

As a standalone room, or a cosy snug adjoining the Drummond, the Highlandman Room's open fire, rich furnishings and built-in bar make it a popular choice for winter lunches, dinners or meetings.

Let there be light. With amazing views of the Strathearn Valley, this south-facing room is great for lunches, dinners and drinks receptions. (Not recommended for events using screens.)

The perfect place to retreat when you absolutely, positively don't want to be disturbed. The Tower Room is - unsurprisingly - our highest meeting room, with natural light flooding in through windows on three sides. Perfect for boardroom-style meetings for up to eight people.

The Theatre
Ideal for smaller meetings, presentations or as a break out area to our largest conference space, the Theatre is a flexible space seating up to 40 people.

Holding a conference or event with us? The Conference Suite is your very own operations centre. Crunch through your paperwork or calls and run through a presentation on the big screen - or simply help yourself to an espresso.
