We have over 30 different departments in the hotel, with a wealth of exciting employment opportunities in a number of different disciplines. This includes food & beverage; sales & marketing; reception; administration; hair & beauty; leisure; outdoor activities; gardens; engineering and childcare to name but a few.
We update our job vacancies on a Friday and welcome you to check our online vacancies |  If you have the above attitude, want to work for Crieff Hydro but there is nothing to suit you at this time, speculative applications are always welcome and we can always contact you in the future, should a suitable position arise.

Starting Work
We have a company induction every Monday at 9:30am in order to give you background information on the hotel, a health and safety induction and explain about our company procedures and expectations of you. You will receive an employment pack including a contract of employment and staff handbook, which will also explain about our processes and procedures at the Hydro. You are expected to read this, abide by the company rules and live by our mission, “we undertake to do everything in our power to please our guests so that they will wish to return".
When you go to your department, you will also be shown round and will be given departmental training in order to settle you into your new position. Our success depends on our people. It’s hard work at the hydro, our volumes mean we work in a fast paced environment and we are continuously busy. We encourage our staff to come up with new ways of making the job better and easier.
All employment is subject to a 12 week probationary period. You will have a formal review with your manager by the end of your 12th week of employment. Thereafter we have annual appraisals, which are a good opportunity to discuss your performance, experiences and your development with the company.

Training and developing our staff is important to us and to that end, we have a quarterly training plan, designed to give our employees and managers the skills they require to carry out their job.
