Crieff Hydro's on line reservations are covered by terms and conditions. These are shown during the booking process. By making a booking you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read the information below the date selection box to help make your selection .

Rooms types

Make sure you choose the appropriate size of room for your party.

• Single room – one single bed – maximum 1 person
• Twin room – two single beds - maximum 2 persons
• Double room – one double bed - maximum 2 persons
• Family room – one large room with one double bed, one single bed and additional temporary bed – maximum 4 persons
• Interconnecting room – two rooms adjoining, shared bathroom between rooms – maximum 5 persons

Understanding your price

Hotel

Hotel rates are based on two people sharing standard double, twin or family accommodation or one person in a designated single room. Rates include accommodation, dinner (unless stated otherwise), bed and full Scottish breakfast for adults, access to the leisure facilities, entertainment and activity programmes as appropriate to the time of year. Guests staying within Crieff Hydro hotel can check in from 2pm onwards.

Children and Youths
Infants: 0 - under 2

Unders 2's are accommodated free of charge on a breakfast, lunch and high tea basis (see details in section below). Baby food and facilities for warming it are provided within the hotel. Please note the Children's Club registration does not cover under 2's.

Children aged 2 to 12

The packages are shown on a breakfast, lunch and high tea basis. Breakfast is served in the Meikle Restaurant with the rest of the family, lunch vouchers are issued on arrival and can be used in any of Crieff Hydro’s dining outlets including the Murraypark or for a packed lunch collected from the Winter Garden. High Tea is served from 4.30pm - 6.00pm each evening in Brasserie and is a buffet with a choice of hot main courses and include a vegetarian option.

Children aged 13 – 17

Guests under 18 and sharing accommodation with two full paying adults are on a discounted teenagers rate. When making your reservation please add these guests as additional adults.

Their package includes breakfast in the Meikle Restaurant and a teenager's meal allocation in either the Meikle or Brasserie Restaurant.

Self catering prices
Self catering accommodation includes accommodation, access to the leisure facilities, entertainment and activity programmes as appropriate to the time of year. Crieff Hydro self catering guests can check in from 4pm onwards.

If you require a cot please note this in the comments section of the reservation form.

Comments box
Please use this box in the Reservation screen for anything you think it’s important for us to know about your stay such as if you have a dietary requirement, cannot use stairs to get to your room.

Trouble shooting

We hope you will not experience any difficulties in finding the accommodation you want to book online.

There are a few factors that may restrict the options available either online or over the telephone:

Saturday night only stays
Most stays at Crieff Hydro are based on a two-night stay at the weekends. If you are looking for a shorter stay of only a Saturday night please check our special offers section of the web site. Any dates where a single night stay on a Saturday are available will be listed there.

Special offers and best prices
On almost all bookings, with the exception of Sunday nights, the price will be cheaper if you stay for two or more nights.

Online availability
We aim to offer matching availability and prices on the telephone and online. If no accommodation options are showing the resort is full or has less than 5 rooms available.

Self catering
Crieff Hydro has three grades of self catering accommodation.

• 3 star chalets
• 4 star cottages
• 5 star lodges and cottages

Please make sure you select the grade carefully.

The size and the grade of the accommodation will determine the price. Prices are graded by star rating and size. A five star cottage for 8 will have one of the highest prices on line. A three star chalet sleeping 5 will have the lowest prices.

Self catering runs at a very high occupancy, it is very rare that a move can be made into a higher grade of accommodation after the time of booking.

I know exactly which room, chalet, cottage or lodge I want
If you book online you cannot choose the exact accommodation to book either during the booking process or after your booking has been made.

Guests who would like a certain cottage, lodge, chalet or room and will not accept another of the same size or grade you must book by telephone and pay a ‘choose my room number’ supplement.
