Horse Riding

Sit back, relax and let your mount do the hard work… this is definitely the most relaxing way to see the estate and surrounding countryside even if you've never been on a horse before. We also offer lessons in our outdoor and indoor riding arenas.

Crieff Hydro's stables team have taught thousands of people to ride over the years and we are an approved centre through the British Horse Society (BHS) and the Trekking and Riding Society of Scotland.

If you are an experienced rider then don't be put off either as we have suitable mounts for all abilities with a variety of routes available throughout our 900 acre estate.

In order to make the most of your riding experience please arrive 10 - 15 minutes prior to your booking.Hats will be provided. Please remember to wear sensible shoes (flat sole with a small heel: trainers and sandals are not permitted).
