Skye Shellfish

We don't need to tell you that Skye is home to some of the best shellfish in the world. What might surprise you is that we can get the catch from David's boat on a Thursday evening, and onto your plate every Friday, Saturday and Sunday in July and August.

Our Lobster specials are served in the Brasserie every Thursday, Friday and Saturday throughout August alongside our main menu. If you have your heart set on lobster it's best to make sure you dine early as they go fast!
