A perfectly aged fillet steak for dinner or a classic Niçoise salad for lunch, we put a big emphasis on fresh local ingredients – thanks to Nelson, the Brasserie’s head chef.
At the bar, we pay the same attention to our drinks – from Iceland’s famous Reyka vodka, to our resident cocktail mixologist Fran. Oh, and we haven’t forgotten that brasserie actually means ‘brewery’ in French. Our incredible selection of micro-brewed beers allows you to match flavours course by course.
The French influence doesn’t end there. Think authentic ingredients, including Brie de meaux, Toulouse sausage and charcuterie. All served up with Perthshire flair.
