About the role
Crieff Hydro has a diverse range of Food and Drink outlets, each
with their own unique atmosphere and style. We have a
fantastic opportunity for you to be Manager of our Brasserie
Restaurant, our recently expanded 205 seat four star informal
dining restaurant. With freshly cooked produce, a daily
specials menu and a seasonal menu that changes quarterly, and an
extensive cocktail list, you'll be proud to promote our food and
drink to our customers. The restaurant itself is open from
10:30am - 9:45pm, and the Brasserie Bar is also a popular choice
for our customers. We promise you a fast paced and dynamic
management experience. In high season, your restaurant will
do up to 300 dinners each evening, in addition to our Kids teas for
up to 160 between 4:30pm and 6pm. We are the proud winners of

What you'll need
Exceptional customer service is at the heart of our business, so
your friendly, welcoming personality is a given. Leadership
is another area you'll excel in, and your enthusiasm and passion
for hospitality will inspire and energise your team. We need
you to have previous management experience in a high volume,
quality food and drink setting. You will thrive on building a
team, the busy environment and the constant challenge of the
role. You'll be able to motivate the team to achieve your
financial targets and you'll have great organisation skills to make
sure every customer is satisfied, even on the very busy days.
