About the role
We're looking for a top-notch motivated and self driven field
based Business Development Executive who is up for a challenge and
looking forward to selling Scotland's leading independent leisure
You'll be expanding our already successful corporate event
market through sourcing new sales leads and generating business for
our four star resort hotel. You'll develop key accounts and
OTA relationships. Fully flexible, you'll generate quality
sales leads and then carry out one-to-one sales presentations, use
networking opportunities and attend industry events and trade

What you'll need
You'll be able to use your excellent relationship building
skills to get new business and develop key accounts. As
exceptional customer service is at the heart of our business, your
friendly, welcoming personality is a given. Your enthusiasm
and passion for hospitality and our product will inspire and
energise your customers.
You'll have a proven track record of meeting sales targets
within the industry and you'll have good industry contacts.
You will be a self starter, pro-active and an excellent
communicator with immaculate presentation and attention to detail
to represent the company in front of potential and existing
clients. You'll thrive on being busy and will demonstrate
initiative in a target orientated environment. A full clean
driving license and working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook is
essential and opera and sales force CRM is desirable.
