Salary : £5.15 - £6.08 per hour depending on age and experience
About the role
Our customers choose to eat in the Meikle restaurant for an
extra special dining experience in our 4 star luxury
restaurant. The day starts with breakfast and you'll be
friendly, welcoming and quick to serve many of the 600 guests on
busy days.
Our dinner menu changes daily and you'll attend the briefing to
familiarise yourself with what's on the menu that day and ask any
questions. You'll then upsell side dishes, premium dishes and
drinks to our customers.
You'll notice our customers and will be able to see what they
want and need, even before they know it themselves. First
impressions count and you'll make sure you keep your section of the
restaurant clean, tidy and in order.
As a key part of the food and beverage team, on occasion, you
may work in other food and beverage areas to make sure our
customers receive fabulous customer service, regardless of where
they eat.
What you'll need
You'll need to be flexible to work 35 hours each week, 5 days
from 7 including weekends. Friendly and cheerful, you'll take
a pride in your own appearance and your work.
