- Ferntower and Culcrieff - saving an impressive 40% on green

Ferntower Course at Crieff Golf Club
Just a short stroll from Crieff Hydro, Golf World voted this the
10th best inland golf course in Britain. Old Tom Morris, Robert
Simpson and James Braid have all taken a hand in shaping its
rolling fairways.
The Ferntower Course has hosted the PGA Scottish Championship
qualifier and regional heat of the Lombard Trophy, the world's
largest Pro-Am. Wide at first but increasingly tricky, this par 71,
6427 yard course is challenging but fair for everyone.
Culcrieff Golf Club at Crieff Hydro
The 18-hole course takes in spectacular views of Ben Vorlich and
Ben More. But you'll have to switch off from the scenery for a
while want to play to your handicap on this challenging Par 66,
4984 yard course.
The second, fifth and seventh are all serious par fours. Mind
you, it's not all hard work: the 18th hole is a downhill par three
of 212 yards.
