We're sure you'll have a great night at one of our party nights. Below are the terms we ask you to agree to before confirming your booking (just tick the box in the online booking form).
Confirming your booking
We require your deposit payment within 10 days to confirm your booking. In the event that this is not received, your reservation will be cancelled.
All rates include VAT. Payment for your group should be made in one transaction by BACS or credit/debit card, with final balances due at least 10 weeks prior to your party night date.
All payments made towards your party night are non-refundable and cannot be reeemed against other products and services. In the unlikely event that Crieff Hydro has to cancel your party night, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
In order to help fulful your room requests, we'd like your rooming list and dietary requirements upon booking confirmation and no later than 10 weeks prior to your party night. This should include:
- Full name of each guest
- Details of who they've decided to share with
Due to licensing laws all party goers must be 18 years or over. Groups of 12 or more will be seated on more than one table. Smaller parties may be required tables in order to enhance the party atmosphere
Party nights are all about having a great time, and we want guests to enjoy their night. If any guest behaves in an offensive manner, we reserve the right to cancel their stay. Should any of your group cause damage to Crieff Hydro or Murraypark property, you'll be fully liable for its repair or replacement.
