I wanted to give you some feedback on our recent meeting and adventure experience at Crieff.
Overall the whole team gave it a 10 and thoroughly enjoyed the day. The room was fantastic and it was noted how easy it was to log in and have our presentation going. The rolls and coffee etc were lovely and the room extremely clean and tidy. An inspiring place to work.
Lunch again was extremely nice and thank you for coming to meet us and walk us to the dining area. We all thought that was a lovely touch. The staff in the Brasserie were what I'd expect to see in a 5 star hotel and Joe and the manageress were professional in their service. In fact one thing we continually commented on was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff where ever we were.
Mike and Steve in the adventure area were also fantastic and the afternoon was the perfect fun way for us to get to know each other better.
My boss commented that there was not one thing he could think of that he did not like or would want to improve.
So thanks again for your continued great service, attention to detail and flawless business manner. I know we have stirred some interest with our stories and pictures over the last couple of days and please pass my comments on to your leadership team.

"This is the second year that we have returned to Crieff Hyrdo for our Scottish annual conference and the event was again a huge success. The planning and assistance that we had in the run up to the event from Karen in the Events team was superb - efficient, friendly and helpful. We would also like to give special thanks to Garry, Banqueting Manager and his team for all of their help during the event and who couldn't have been more accommodating - nothing was too much trouble. We also loved having our own special event mobile phone so we were able to contact Garry or a member of the team at any point throughout the conference, day or night! The function rooms were arranged on brief and the presentation equipment in the Earn and Barwick rooms were state of the art. Our formal evening dinner in the Melville Hall was excellent, from the beautiful set up of the hall and tables, to the lovely food and friendly bar staff. We also had some great feedback from our delegates about the hotel in general, the facilities, surroundings and food. Many thanks to all again and roll on our 2014 event!"

"Crieff Hydro was a great location for our corporate annual meeting weekend. Leah in the Events Department was fantastic to work with over the five weeks it took to plan two days of events for 50 of us including employees, spouses and children. The meeting room was perfectly arranged and the presentation equipment was state of the art. Our private dinner in the Ferntower Suite, prefaced with cocktail hour was delicious. The 14 children enjoyed their time at Big Country and their own dinner just for kids at the Brasserie. Saturday at the Activity Centre for 18 hole golf, par 3 golf, and mini golf was highly rated. Our group lunched at the Club House and then participated in the Mini Highland Games, followed by a prepared on site BBQ dinner. Donna, the Club House Food & Beverage Manager was fantastic keeping the ABI group well hydrated all day long! The accommodation was excellent as well. My room was in the Leigh House, a Signature room. It was luxurious to say the least. Others that stayed in the Executive & Standard rooms said they were very comfortable as well. I finished my weekend stay with a full body massage and it was the perfect end to the weekend."

"Finally got round to writing after our fantastic team away event at Crieff Hydro. It seems appropriate that, as hydro power developers, we went to the Hydro! The event was a total success! All was well planned and worked as I had hoped. Dinner was very good and many of my colleagues enjoyed numerous refreshments in the bar afterwards! The staff couldn't have been more accommodating generally, so please pass on our thanks. The outdoor activities were also just what we wanted. We had a lovely walk to the centre after breakfast, then enjoyed shooting and 4x4, and of course a bit of silly Sumo! We will consider using your facilities again for corporate hospitality or future events and will be in touch in due course."

'I have just returned home with my husband from our first experience of the legendary Falkirk Royal Scottish Country Dance Weekend. The whole stay was delightful and I was so impressed with all aspects of the hotel. I have been as a guest before but not in the last few years and I was struck by the improvements in everything. It is sometimes difficult to make changes in older buildings without jeopardising the style and architecture but you have managed to 'pull it off'. The bedrooms were well appointed, clean and attractive and all staff were unfailingly polite and helpful. I would like to congratulate both management and staff for meeting the high expectations I have when I stay at a four star hotel. Indeed, your hotel is one of the very few which has exceeded those expectations'
