We're delighted you'll be joining us for Christmas. This form allows you to select your preferred dining time slot and make any required choices for your festive break. Our team will do their best to accommodate your preferred time slots and venues chosen.

Throughout your stay, you'll enjoy a range of festive dining experiences across Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day. Some meals require advance booking or pre-ordering, while others are included and can be enjoyed without a reservation. Please take a few moments to complete the sections below so we can make your stay as seamless and enjoyable as possible.

You are also able to preview our sample festive programme as well as menus for each meal. Please note that these are subject to change prior to the event.

Your wee ones will be able to dine on our festive kids' menu throughout their stay.

FAQ's

Do I need to book every meal?

You do not need to book breakfast as well as the Christmas Day dinner grazing buffet. All other meals must be booked using the form above.

When is breakfast available?

Breakfast is served between 7:30am-10am. Bookings for breakfast are not required.

Do I need to pre-order my food?

If you are in groups of 10+ you will need to pre-order food and drink for every meal, apart from all breakfasts, the Christmas Eve welcome buffet, and the Christmas Day Grazing Buffet.

Christmas Day lunch requires food and drink pre-orders for all guests. A separate ordering link will be sent to you before your stay. Other meals can be chosen on the day unless otherwise stated.

All food and drinks pre-orders are final and cannot be amended after the two-week deadline prior to the event, We kindly ask that all pre-orders are carefully reviewed before submission.

Can I order additional drinks on the day, or am I limited to the drinks I pre-order?

Your drinks pre-order is an initial selection only. Payment for these pre-ordered drinks will be taken on the day of your reservation at the restaurant. Should you wish to order more drinks on the day, you are more than welcome to do so from our full bar menu.

What if I have dietary requirements or allergies?

Please let us know any dietary requirements or allergies when completing this form. Our team will do their best to accommodate your needs.

Can I change my dining times after submitting the form?

We'll do our best to accommodate changes, subject to availability. We cannot accept any changes less than two weeks before your check in date. Please contact the hotel as soon as possible if your plans change.

Can I book dining times for friends or family staying under a separate reservation?

Yes, we'll do our best to seat families and groups together. Due to the high number of guests staying over the festive period, larger parties may occasionally be seated in alternative dining spaces within the hotel. Please add your reservation number of the bookings you would like to sit with on the details page.

What happens if I don't submit my dining choices?

We'll allocate dining times where possible, but completing the form in advance helps us ensure you receive your preferred dining times.

What should I do if I have a question before I arrive?

Please contact our team at festive.dining@crieffhydro.com and we'll be happy to help with any questions regarding your festive dining arrangements or special requests. For any festive enquiries not related to dining, contact our team here.

Will my dining time be confirmed?

Once you've submitted your selections, our team will review them and contact you if any changes are required. Otherwise, your chosen dining times will be reserved for your stay.

When will I receive my Christmas Day food pre-order link?

A separate link for Christmas Day lunch food and drink pre-orders will be sent once bookings are processed and confirmed. Please ensure your selections are submitted by the stated two-week deadline prior to the event.

Am I able to view the festive menus as well as the programme?

Yes, we have provided a link to our sample festive programme above, and menus are available to view in the form for each meal. Please note that the programmes and menus are subject to change.
