Yes, breakfast will be served in The Meikle each morning between 7:30am - 10:00am. Peak times for breakfast are between 9:00am - 9:45am. During peak times, it is expected that there will be queues. For tables of 8 or more guests, we require pre-booking for breakfast. You can do this using the form.

In The Meville, for our Gala Dinner, this is a black tie celebration - think sparkly dresses, sharp suits or kilts to welcome the New Year in style.

In The Meikle or The Terrace, smart and festive is the dress code. 

Both The Meikle and The Terrace will serve the same delicious Hogmanay menu, so you can enjoy the full festive feast wherever you choose. The Terrace is a great spot for larger gatherings, with plenty of room to celebrate in comfort.

Our Gala Dinner in The Melville will feature its own 3-course menu to match the elegant setting.

The Gala Dinner includes a welcome drink, 3-course festive dinner, half bottle of wine per person, glass of champagne for the bells and live entertainment until the wee hours. Our tables for the Gala Dinner can seat 8-10 guests, you can book entire tables, or may be mixed with other guests if your party is smaller.

We have a space at the end of the form for you to let us know about dietary requirements in your party.

Each guest will receive a dining allowance to spend on food (excluding drinks).

On 31st December, adults and young people aged 13-17 will receive £20 each, while children aged 2-12 years will receive £10 each for lunch.

On 1st January, adults and young people aged 13-17 will receive £30 each, while children aged 2-12 years will receive £17.50 each for dinner.

Yes, we do. When updating the number of children in your party on the booking form, you'll be asked to confirm their age groups. Once that's done, you'll see an option to request a highchair and a textbox to let us know how many you need.

Once you've submitted your form, our Festive Team will review your choices and secure your bookings in the order requests are received. When your reservations are confirmed, you'll receive an email with all the details and timings included. Please check this carefully and let us know right away if anything needs to be adjusted.

The Tasting Room is located on the ground floor, down the main corridor towards Big Country and The Melville. Simply check-in at our host desk outside the Ballroom Bar, and one of our team will show you the way.

The entertainment programme is still being finalised, and will be live on the website as soon as it is ready.

Start your day with breakfast exactly how you like it, with a full selection of hot Scottish breakfast favourites, fresh fruits, yoghurts, breads, pastries, cereals, teas and cafetière coffee to enjoy from our extensive buffet. The Meikle will also be home to our grazing buffets during your Festive Break, and Christmas Day lunch.

One of our favourite spots - The Winter Garden is our glass-house space with plenty of daylight, beautiful views over our gardens and beyond. Perfect for smaller tables.

A relaxed spacious restaurant with cosy booths, larger tables and tables by the windows offering views of the gardens. The Terrace is recommended for larger parties, and will be home to our spectacular Christmas Day lunch.

EAST is our new signature restaurant, offering Pan-Asian inspired small-plates - perfect for mixing and matching with loved ones.

A perfect location for larger parties to celebrate the festivities together, with plenty of space and beautiful views.

The Hub is located in the hotel, just next to The Melville and Big Country. Basecamp is our cafe and bar at Action Glen activity centre. Both will be open throughout your Festive Break, but not included within the package.
