The booking form at the top of this page displays the availability we have for meals in the hotel throughout your Christmas Break. As more bookings come in, we keep the form updated with current availability. 

Bookings are made by our Host on a first-come, first-served basis. If you would like to join us in the hotel, do make sure you fill out the form as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that dining in the hotel will be available.

We require full pre-payment for:
- Dinner in The Meikle on Christmas Eve
£48 per person aged 13+
£24 per child aged 2-12

- Lunch in The Terrace on Christmas Day
£72 per person aged 13+
£36 per child aged 2-12

- Evening Grazing Buffet in The Meikle on Christmas Day
£40 per person aged 13+
£20 per child aged 2-12

Once you complete the form with your dining preferences, our Host will confirm your booking and contact you directly with the details.

If your selected meals require pre-payment, you'll receive an email with a secure payment link via SOTPay, the trusted payment provider we use. This link is valid for 24 hours and can only be used once. Please complete the transaction in one go, as refreshing the page or using your browser's back button will invalidate the link.

We recommend using a larger screen (such as a laptop or desktop) to avoid display issues during payment. If your bank requires a 3D Secure Code, it's best to use a different device than the one receiving the code.

We kindly ask you to note:
- All payments are non-refundable.
- If payment is not received, your booking will be cancelled due to limited availability.
- Once your payment is processed, you'll receive a confirmation email.
- Pre-payment covers food only. Any drinks ordered will be charged separately and must be paid for at the restaurant(s) on the day.

For meals which do not require pre-payment, you can simply pay at the restaurant on the day of your visit.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate our self-catering guests for breakfast in the hotel. We recommend that you bring your own breakfast supplies, or pre-arrange a delivery from a local supermarket.

Smart-casual attire is recommended for our Christmas Day Lunch.

Yes, on Christmas Day, we'll be serving a grazing buffet dinner in The Meikle from 6:00pm - 9:00pm. We do not require bookings for this, but we do ask that you let us know how many people you are bringing, as full pre-payment is required for this.

We have a space at the end of the form for you to let us know about dietary requirements in your party.

Yes, our festive dining menus will be available to view on our website closer to the event.

Yes, we do. When updating the number of children in your party on the booking form, you'll be asked to confirm their age groups. Once that's done, you'll see an option to request a highchair and a textbox to let us know how many you need. We will provide these at each reservation.

Once you've submitted the form, our Festive Team will review your choices and secure your bookings in the order requests are received. When you reservations are confirmed, you'll receive an email with all the details and timings included. Please check this carefully and let us know right away if anything needs to be adjusted, so we can make any necessary changes in advance.

The Tasting Room is located on the ground floor, down the main corridor towards Big Country and The Melville. Simply check-in at the host desk in The Ballroom Bar, and one of our team will show you the way.
