We were overwhelmed with the facilities, the care and helpfulness of all the staff. – M. Robinson, Angus.

Our meeting spaces have more combinations than a Rubix cube and offer space for up to 80 delegates. Take a peek at the floor plans below.

Earn

Up to 70 delegates…

Everything you would expect from a contemporary meeting space and a few surprises thrown in for good measure.  The Earn might be situated on our garden level, but that doesn’t mean there is no natural light.  The double skylight ensures that you are flooded with natural light, but the blackout facilities can guarantee darkness when required.  It’s flexible with it’s lounge furniture but is also capable of holding up to 70 if required.

Loggia

Up to 80 delegates…

How best to describe The Loggia?  Light? Views? Accessible?  No matter how we describe it, you have to see it to believe it!  It also offers unrestricted views over the Strathearn Valley – it truly is the perfect backdrop for dining experiences for up to 60.  Not only that, it also connects to both the Ballroom and the Drawing Room, but also has outdoor access to the gardens below.

Drummond

Up to 80 delegates…

Day or night, the Drummond is always a popular space.  With tall windows, it frames the never-ending views of the Strathearn Valley.  Add in the built-in bar and central location, and you’re onto a winner.  Great for dinners for up to 40 or meetings of 80, it also interlinks to the Highlandman if you are looking for a little extra space.

Drawing Room

Up to 215 delegates…

Victorian grandeur.  Stain glass windows.  Centrally located.  The Drawing Room seems to tick all the boxes.  It has the space for meetings of up to 200, while it’s impressive enough to host dinners of up to 160; it really is the best of both worlds!  It even interlinks to the Loggia if you are looking for some extra space for a syndicate or reception area.  We’ll even throw in an original organ for good measure.

Ferntower Suite

Up to 208 delegates…

It has a bar, conservatory, built-in stage and cloakrooms – some say it’s the perfect space and we think it’s pretty special too.  It’s why it’s one of our most popular rooms.  Whether it’s a BBQ for 160 or a main plenary for 180, it’s perfectly adaptable for your event.

The Melville

Up to 600 delegates…

Large enough for a conference for 600 but comfortable for dining for 200, The Melville has it all; own bar, catering area, cloakroom facilities and private entrance.  The three outdoor access points also ensure that you can set up with ease – no worries here!  It’s also adjacent to the Hub, a versatile space for drink receptions or registration areas.  Flooded with natural daylight from the floor to ceiling windows and high ceilings, it will certainly make an impact.
