"Are we there yet"? comes the cry from the back of the car for the tenth time. Speed up the start of your stay and save time by confirming all your details online before you arrive. No need to park at reception and queue for your keys. Arrive, drive straight to the designated parking place for your accommodation and your keys will be ready and waiting for you outside. Make sure you pre-register before you arrive to avoid queues at reception and a build of up guests. It's our Hydro happy way of safeguarding guests and our teams.  

Once you've checked in online, you'll get a confirmation email detailing your lodge number too. Keep your eyes peeled for that - it usually lands on the day you're due to arrive after 1:00PM.

Here’s a quick run through of what you’ll need to check-in online

• Start by clicking the big button below. You'll go straight to your online check-in page and you'll need your confirmation number, departure date and the surname used to make the booking. You'll find all of this information in all the emails we've sent you.
• Once logged in you can check all your contact details are correct or complete any missing details. You'll need to complete all relevant details before checking-in.
• You can add extra people to your booking so that we know to get extra keys ready for you.
• Give us your car make, model and registration number and tell us roughly what time you'll be arriving so that your keys will be ready in time.
• We won't be taking any payment details when you check-in online, so when you arrive at the resort, you'll pay for extra services i.e. meals, coffees, spa treatments as you go. We are a cash-free resort, so, pay by debit or credit card.  
• Of course, if someone is treating you all on your holiday and you want to charge everything back to the unit, then you simply just need to pop via reception once you’ve settled in (and it’s a bit quieter) and we’ll take a pre-authorisation of your credit card to allow you to charge everything back to your accommodation.
• Once you hit the check-in button, that's it, the job is done.  Closer to your arrival date, you'll get a further email from us to confirm to you what accommodation name or number you are staying in so that you know where to head when you arrive at the Resort.

When you arrive

• We know you're excited to get here, you can arrive any time after 4:00pm.
• Go straight to your accommodation, your keys and welcome pack will be in an envelope waiting for you outside. Rest assured, we've thoroughly cleaned the key with high tech cleaning solution.
• If it's your first stay indeed to the resort and you need exact directions, then take a look at our resort map now or download our app. You'll find maps inside to direct you to your unit and a full list of events every day during your stay - many of them free for you to attend.
• When you arrive at your lodge, make sure you insert your key card into the slot by the door to activate the electricity. Your lights won't work without doing this.
