Your Questions Answered
- What time is check-in/check-out?
Check-in is from 4pm on your day or arrival, although you’re welcome to arrive early and begin using the facilities from 10am. Check-out is at 10am on the day you leave. If you miss check-out at 10am, there’s a charge of £30 per hour for each hour thereafter.
- As a self-catering guest which facilities do we get access to ?
All of our guests have full access to Crieff Hydro leisure, free childcare and entertainment during their stay – no matter what accommodation option they choose. The only difference is, those staying in the hotel may get their meals included. However, we offer home delivery from the hotel, or enjoy a ‘meal out’ in one of our restaurants if you don’t feel like cooking!
- Can I bring the dog?
Of course you can! If you’re staying for a week, there’s a charge of £35 per dog. Or, if you’re staying less than a week, it’s £20 per dog and there’s a maximum of two dogs per unit.
- Is there a parking space?
Each self-catering unit has a designated parking space – always nearby, and often right at your door! ‘How near is nearby?’. Literally a hop, skip and a jump! Or, if you prefer to walk it’s less than 30 seconds.
- Are there laundry facilities?
The lodges have a washing machine and tumble dryer. Washing powder too…a little mud couldn’t be less of an issue! And as for towels, well there’s no need to pack them. And the dishes…? We’re already on if. A dishwasher complete with tablets and, of course, a kitchen sink with washing up liquid!
- Where can I get groceries?
The local supermarkets in Crieff are The Co-operative and Aldi. They’re very simple to get to by car, just pop your head into reception on the way down if you need a hand with directions. If you’d rather try out some top quality local produce head to the high street in search of Crieff Food Co., McNee’s, Gill’s and more! In the meantime why not dig into the goodies in your welcome pack.
