Yes, we do! For both ice skating and the pantomime we offer a bundle of 4 tickets for families (two adults, two children). 

We highly recommend that you book your activity slots ahead of time. Plan ahead and book online to benefit from advance ticket pricing. Our Santa Experience will be only for those who have pre-booked, no walk up slots will be available. There may be some availability for the pantomime as well as ice skating for same-day bookings, however, we can't guarantee this. To get your preferred time slots and to avoid disappointment, please book in advance.

Find our Ice Skating rink and Food Hut by the Bowling Green. Our Pantomime will be in the Melville, and you can see Santa in the Ferntower Suite. If you need help finding your way, there will be some Christmas magic to help you along.

Our pantomime is for everyone. Our Santa Experience is for anyone of any age who wants to see Santa. Ice skating is available for those over the age of 3 with a minimum shoe size of a junior UK 7.5/EUR25. Under 12s must be accompanied by a skating adult.

We have a limited number of adjustable skates for children, but these must be worn with closed-toed trainers (no wellies).

A relaxed session is a quieter and calmer experience with a smaller capacity designed for people who may be overwhelmed by loud and busy environments.

Please arrive 15-20 minutes ahead of your time slot for all of our activities.

Our Santa Experience and Ice Skating are an hour each. Our Pantomime is 70 minutes with no intermission.

Yes, there will be a place to park your buggy near The Terrace. Look out for signage that will direct you where to go.

You will receive a digital copy of your photo within 48 hours of your activity. Printed photos will be available for purchase in the gift shop area of Santa's experience.

We would kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos or video during the Santa Experience, as we will be providing a photo to you afterwards. We would also ask that you do not record the pantomime, and if you wish to take photos that the flash on your camera be turned off.

Yes, our ice skating rink is covered, so you'll be able to lace up and hit the ice no matter the weather.

We have a limited number available on a first come, first serve basis. These will be available to book on the day of your skating session and they will cost £5.

Ice-Skating
All tickets must be paid for in full at the time of booking and are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Guests are responsible for ensuring they have selected the correct date and time before completing their booking. Guests are required to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their scheduled session time to allow for check-in, completion of disclaimer forms and skate fitting. Late arrivals may result in reduced skating time, and no refund, transfer or extension of the session will be offered. Ice skating is suitable for ages 3 years and over. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a full paying adult at all times. A completed disclaimer form must be submitted for each participant prior to taking part in the activity. Participants take part at their own risk and must comply with all safety instructions provided by our team. For health and safety reasons, any guest who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to participate and no refund will be given. We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any participant whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive or inappropriate. No refund will be given in such circumstances. Skate aids are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to an additional charge payable directly to the hotel on the day of your visit. The smallest standard skate size available is EU25. For children with smaller feet, a very limited number of adjustable twin-blade skates are available. Children using twin-blade skates must wear enclosed, sturdy footwear, such as trainers. No refunds will be issued where a child is unable to participate due to unsuitable footwear being worn. Photography and filming is permitted during ice skating sessions however, guests must be respectful of the privacy of other families. Any photography or filming carried out by Crieff Hydro may be used for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed. We accept no responsibility for the loss, theft or damage of personal belongings. We reserve the right to refuse admission, amend these Terms & Conditions at any time, and amend, postpone, suspend or cancel any session or activity due to operational requirements, adverse weather, safety concerns, insufficient demand or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Gift vouchers and gift cards cannot be used towards the purchase of ice-skating tickets.

Santa Experience
All tickets must be paid for in full at the time of booking and are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Guests are responsible for ensuring they have selected the correct date and time before completing their booking. The Santa Experience is designed for children and their families. All children, including infants, must hold a valid ticket and be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or over throughout their visit. A maximum of two adults may accompany each child holding a valid child ticket. To ensure the best experience for all guests, please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your booked time slot for check-in. Late arrivals may not be accommodated, and no refund, transfer or alternative timeslot will be offered. Each child ticket includes a gift and a photograph with Santa. Gifts are allocated per child ticket, are subject to availability and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or alternative items. Photography and filming by guests is not permitted during the experience. Any photography or filming carried out by Crieff Hydro may be used for promotional and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed. Each child will have the opportunity to have their photograph taken with Santa and a complimentary digital copy will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking. We cannot guarantee delivery where incorrect contact details have been supplied. Printed copies may be available for purchase on the day at an additional cost. We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any guest whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, abusive or inappropriate. No refund will be given in such circumstances. We accept no responsibility for the loss, theft or damage of personal belongings. We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time and to alter, postpone or cancel the Santa Experience due to operational requirements, adverse weather, safety concerns, illness, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Gift vouchers and gift cards cannot be used towards the purchase of Santa Experience tickets.

Pantomime
All tickets must be paid for in full at the time of booking and are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Guests are responsible for ensuring they have selected the correct date and time before completing their booking. Guests are required to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their performance time to allow for check-in and to ensure all guests are seated before the performance commences. All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or over. Children aged 15 and under must be seated with and supervised by their accompanying adult throughout the performance. All attendees must hold a valid ticket for entry, including infants under the age of 2 (babes in arms) who qualify for free admission. The pantomime is intended as family entertainment; however, parental discretion is advised regarding its suitability for very young children. The performance has an approximate running time of 70 minutes and does not include an interval. To avoid disruption to the performance and other guests, latecomers will not be admitted once the show has commenced, and no refund, transfer or alternative performance will be offered. Photography, video recording and audio recording of the performance are strictly prohibited. Any photography or filming carried out by Crieff Hydro may be used for promotional and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any guest whose behaviour is deemed disruptive, abusive, unsafe or inappropriate, or is likely to disturb performers or other audience members. No refund will be given in such circumstances. We accept no responsibility for the loss, theft or damage of personal belongings. We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time and to alter, postpone, suspend or cancel any performance due to operational requirements, adverse weather, safety concerns, performer illness, insufficient demand or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
