Can I stay a little longer?

Yes of course, our Christmas package is from the 23 December - 27 December, but feel free to stay as long as you like. Just choose the check in and check out date you prefer in the booking engine.

What are the payment options?

At the time of booking, a 20% non-refundable deposit will be taken and the final balance will be due on 30th October 2026. If you were to cancel before the 30th October 2026, you will forfeit your deposit and any additional payments made. Similarly, if you were to cancel on/after this date the full amount for the booking will be forfeited. Any bookings made after 30th October 2026 will be fully pre-paid and non-refundable.

The Small Print

Package includes a 4-night stay from 23rd December – 27th December 2026, subject to availability. Prices based on four adults sharing a Ben Cabin. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking, with the final balance due on 30th October 2026. Cancellations before 30th October 2026 will forfeit the deposit and any payments made. Cancellations on/after this date forfeit the full booking amount. Bookings made after 30th October 2026 are fully pre-paid and non-refundable.
