Here, our bartenders shake, stir and pour with quiet confidence, serving some of the finest cocktails and spirits in the hotel. Whether you’re settling in for a perfectly balanced classic, discovering something new, or simply enjoying the calm of a grown‑up hideaway, The Hermitage offers an atmosphere of relaxed sophistication.
