Here, our bartenders shake, stir and pour with quiet confidence, serving some of the finest cocktails and spirits in the hotel. Whether you’re settling in for a perfectly balanced classic, discovering something new, or simply enjoying the calm of a grown‑up hideaway, The Hermitage offers an atmosphere of relaxed sophistication. Ballroom Bar
The heart of the hotel. The menu flows from day to night with laid-back glamour: enjoy coffees, cakes and pastries in the morning, and settle in for the evening with a mocktail, cocktail, G&T or glass of champagne. Open daily from 9am. The bar area is available to reserve from 5pm until late.

Family-friendly dining steeped in the history of the Hydro. Open daily from 4pm-9.30pm
